Refund policy

Returns

You can return an unused Orman Dive Knife within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

To be eligible, the knife and sheath must be unused, never taken in the water, and returned in the original packaging with all included parts (straps, clips and spare retention ring).

The customer pays return shipping. Original free shipping is not refundable.

Wrong or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.

How to start a return

Email info@ormandiveknives.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and refund your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to show up with your bank or card issuer.

6-month warranty

Every Orman Dive Knife is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the delivery date. If your knife or sheath fails because of a defect, email info@ormandiveknives.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll repair or replace it at no cost, including shipping.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, rust or corrosion from skipped freshwater rinsing, sharpening damage, loss, or misuse such as prying or throwing.
